D-Nox began his career in Germany's vibrant techno scene in the early 90s, and quickly became a fixture in clubs across the country. With training as a musician from childhood, Frank Beckers compositional gift has always been evident. A string of full-length album and single releases under a variety of guises developed a sound steeped in detailed rhythms and savvy harmonies, as well as keeping Frank's services as an actively-touring DJ in high demand.
In the time since their debut release saw the light of day in late-2004, the emergence of D-Nox & Beckers has been nothing short of astounding. Their numerous releases on a variety of top labels along with constant remix requests for artists such as Minilogue, Lutzenkirchen, Nick Muir, Tocadisco and many others have become ubiquitous on worldwide dancefloors, with their works appearing in the cases and playlists of countless top DJs. TICON (Digital Structures - Sweden)
Ticon are Filip Mardberg and Fredrik Gilenholt. The story of their musical involvement dates back to 1991 when they found mutual interest for underground dance music. Around 1995, they made their first track in Fredrik's bedroom, but it wasn't until the Swedish and Malmo based label Digital Structures contacted them in 1999 that things started to get clear and they formed Ticon. After releasing on almost every now classic trance label they earned a spot in the growing group of respected trance producers. Released in April 2001 on Digital Structures, their first full length album 'Rewind' received fantastic reviews and is today a milestone in progressive music. It's been a great journey from the first releases, and with landmark albums like 'Aero' and 'Zero Six After' to the latest '2:AM', released in 2008, they have earned a top spot position in the trance and club scene.
PETER DIDJITAL (Digital Structures - Sweden)
On the Swedish underground electronic music scene since the beginning of the 90s, Peter has been through the lot. At first going to all the parties the region had to offer at the time and Copenhagen being just a quick boat ride away meant quite an offering and it was in this context that he met with like-minded people and together they decided to start making parties themselves. Over the next 6 years a wide variety of events were made, many of them to be considered as classis events.
In 2000 he started Mpdqx Label Group with Marcus & Sebastian (today well known for their Son Kite and Minilogue monikers) as the idea of a label of their own had been growing since Son Kite started making music. At first it was the labels Digital Structures and Baluns records but before the story ended in 2004, there was a third label, Vsual recordings, Mpdqx Publishing and Mpdqx Booking. All these operations quite understandably held the 3 guys in the office 24 / 7 and so at a point it became a choice of label work or studio work for Son Kite which then led Peter to take on and run Digital Structures and Mpdqx Booking by himself, which he today still does with great success.
While Peter's passion for music had never brought him to interest in taking the decks during all the years of promoting parties, the new era with running the label definitly did so. Add a most peculiar circumstance that got him his first gig and you have the beginning of a dj career that's now in it's 8th year of world wide travelling as the label dj for Digital Structures. With and never ending thrive to find new music and mix styles into his own interpretation of what a dancefloor trance experience is, the passion has paid off and not only has he played all the important festivals, parties and clubs in every country imaginable but he is over and over invited to come back.
Still today with his feet deeply buried in the origins of his career, Peter has been working as a stage manager on several big festivals over the years and is also on the team for the yearly Ozora Festival in Hungary. Add to this that he loves to dance and you will very probably as often as behind the decks, find him in on the dancefloor where he is making sure to keep his passion alive!!
ATMOS (Digital Structures - Sweden)
It all started in the early seventies when a young boy saw television for the first time. Instantly fascinated by different soundtracks and jingles, the interest for music was born. After a short bedroom DJ career, Tomasz decided to produce his own music. Thanks to his natural talent for music, Tomasz released his first 12 inch 1996 on the British label, EVE records. It sold very well and gave him both zest and confidence to strive for more.
His influences from electronic and ambient-rock music like JM Jarre and Pink Floyd quickly made him become one of the most successful producers in the hypnotic and atmospheric trance scene. His sense for merging rhythm programming with delicate strings into a well-produced groovy sound is guaranteed to make everyone get down to the dance floor.
Tomasz has proudly released an experimental compilation/album with Flying Rhino, a mix CD with Phonokol and debut album 'Headcleaner' + follow up 'Second Brigade' on Spiral Trax. 'Headcleaner' was a smash hit selling in excess of 15,000 copies and that was in many ways cause it was proceeded by the monster single 'Klein Aber Doctor' on Flying Rhino. Among many licenses it can be found on a Ministry of Sound compilation mixed by Jimmy Van M
